1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by GHL Assistly ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website, booking a meeting, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services

HL Assistly provides virtual assistant services and agency support, including but not limited to: funnel and website design, automation and workflow setup, onboarding, training, course and community creation, and dedicated virtual assistant staffing.

Our service descriptions and offerings are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

3. Pricing & Payment

We offer multiple engagement models and pricing options on our website. Current public pricing examples include (subject to change):

Part Time: $700 per month
Full Time: $1,200 per month
Hourly: $10 per hour

We also offer project-based work and fixed retainer options. Promotional offers (for example, discounts on the first month) may be available from time to time.

4. Billing & Invoicing

Payments are processed via the payment method you provide. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees and applicable taxes. Invoices are due according to the billing terms described on your invoice or order form.

5. Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds

No Long-Term Contract / Cancel Anytime: Where a service is provided on a subscription basis, you may cancel your subscription at any time following the cancellation process described in your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for fees already billed unless otherwise specified.
Refunds: Refunds, if any, are provided at our discretion and may depend on the nature of the service, the billing cycle, and whether work has already been performed.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information necessary for us to provide the services. You are responsible for supplying content, credentials, approvals, and access to systems as needed for our team to perform the work.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for delivering the requested services.
Our Work Product: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work we produce for you (funnels, automations, designs, documents) will be licensed to you upon full payment. We may retain copies for internal use, training, and portfolio examples, subject to confidentiality obligations.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement secure and to use it only for the purposes of performing the services. Confidential information does not include information publicly available or independently developed.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide services using reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, all warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (for example, revenue or lead volume) unless explicitly agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHL Assistly’s total liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GHL Assistly and its officers, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services in violation of applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or otherwise engage in conduct that harms the business. Termination will not relieve you of obligations to pay any outstanding fees or charges.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan unless the parties agree to another dispute resolution method.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
